Cyberhagen is a hybrid one day event that you can either attend in person or virtually.

Group Registrations and Discounts  3+1

You can register multiple participants by clicking the 'Add Group Member' button on the next page. You may add up to three additional participants. As part of our 3+1 campaign, if you register four people with the same type of participation—either all attending in person or all virtually—the fourth registration is free, and the discount will be applied automatically.

If your group includes a mix of in-person and virtual participants, the 3+1 discount cannot be applied automatically and must instead be processed manually. In this case, payment is only possible via bank transfer or e-faktura.

Purpose

When you register for Cyberhagen 2026 we collect and process your data for the following purposes:

· Event planning

· Distribution of event material

· Promotion of future events

· Share participant details with Cyberhagen 2026 co-organizers (list of organizers is available on the event website www.cyberhagen.com)

 

Storage

We store your data for as long as the above-mentioned purposes are relevant or until you ask us to delete them. 

 

Third Parties

We store and process your data through a number of third-party vendors. They solely store and process your data based on our instructions and not for their own purposes.

We only use third party vendors based in the EU or in the United States (Privacy Shield approved) that provide the necessary protection of your data.

Data are stored and processed through the following data processors:

Your rights

You always have the right to know which of your data we process. You have the right to object to the processing as well as have your data rectified, erased or delivered to you in a machine-readable format. You have the right to withdraw your consent.
